I cannot remember my account name or password. How can I retrieve my account name and/or reset my password?

What are the password requirements?
It is recommended that you choose a password that contains at least six characters. The password should include numbers, punctuation, and both upper and lowercase letters. The longer your password, the better. Please do not use a password that you use on another site.
Can I share my password?
No. For your protection and the site’s security, you may not share your password. This site is for your personal use, and password sharing is not allowed under our terms of service.
Why do I need to have cookies enabled?
You need to enable cookies in order to make our site work. They are used to make your use of the site convenient and to improve our ability to offer the service.
How do I save my answers to the document questions?
In order to save your answers, you need to click the “save” button at the bottom of pages containing questions.
How is long is my document saved at Bloomwell?
Bloomwell saves your document within your password-protected personal account for 6 months as a service included with the fee you paid for your document. Please remember to download and save your document before that 6-month period is up.
The documents in my account have expired because it was longer than 6 months, can you still retrieve my document?
If you contact us within a couple of months after the 6-month expiration, we will work with you to try to retrieve the document.
How do I make a change to my document?
You are able to make updates and changes to your document(s) while you are working on them, and before you press the “finish” button. During that time, you may go back into your questions/answers and make the necessary corrections.
How do I download my document?
It’s easy: Just press the “download” button next to your document. You will then be presented with an option to save the document. Please remember to save your document to a folder that you remember. We also recommend saving your document to a second source, like a USB drive, so that you have a backup copy. As described in the instructions accompanying the document, you should put your signed and executed document in a safe location, like a safety deposit box.
I downloaded my document and it's in PDF format; how do I view it?
Viewing your document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Many computers already include Adobe Acrobat reader, as it is one the most commonly used programs worldwide. If you don’t have it, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Why can’t I edit my PDF document?
Our documents are provided in PDF form, for viewing and printing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, so they are not editable. If you need to make a change to your document, then please see “How do I make a change to my document?” above.

Yes, very. We use a secure, encrypted connection to your browser when you are answering the questions that create your document, and when you access and use your account.
