How do I make a change to my document?
You are able to make updates and changes to your document(s) while you are working on them, and before you press the “finish” button. During that time, you may go back into your questions/answers and make the necessary corrections.
How do I download my document?
It’s easy: Just press the “download” button next to your document. You will then be presented with an option to save the document. Please remember to save your document to a folder that you remember. We also recommend saving your document to a second source, like a USB drive, so that you have a backup copy. As described in the instructions accompanying the document, you should put your signed and executed document in a safe location, like a safety deposit box.
I downloaded my document and it's in PDF format; how do I view it?
Viewing your document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Many computers already include Adobe Acrobat reader, as it is one the most commonly used programs worldwide. If you don’t have it, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Why can’t I edit my PDF document?
Our documents are provided in PDF form, for viewing and printing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, so they are not editable. If you need to make a change to your document, then please see “How do I make a change to my document?” above.
Is your website secure?
Yes, very. We use a secure, encrypted connection to your browser when you are answering the questions that create your document, and when you access and use your account.
Which internet browsers work with Bloomwell.com?
We support Microsoft Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. The one we like is Chrome from the folks at Google, as it is very efficient and free (which is always a bonus). Chrome can be downloaded at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/.

I cannot remember my account name or password. How can I retrieve my account name and/or reset my password?

What are the password requirements?
It is recommended that you choose a password that contains at least six characters. The password should include numbers, punctuation, and both upper and lowercase letters. The longer your password, the better. Please do not use a password that you use on another site.
Can I share my password?
No. For your protection and the site’s security, you may not share your password. This site is for your personal use, and password sharing is not allowed under our terms of service.
